Babies! 18 Delivered In A Week!

This is a picture of one of the 18 babies delivered last week. Needless to say, Sal had a very busy week, sleepless nights on call. There was even a day when all the maternity center beds (6) and clinic beds (6) were full requiring a couple of mattresses borrowed for the overflow. (Renee reporting rom Zambia)

Life goes on regardless of pandemics and droughts. People still have needs, and heroes still respond to them. 18 babies in a bush clinic in a week is a heroic effort!
